Google Search Console is a webmaster tool used only within Google's interface and does not place any cookies on visitors' devices.
2.3 Payment Cookies
When you click "Purchase" and are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout page, Stripe may set cookies on their domain (checkout.stripe.com) to facilitate the secure payment process, detect fraud, and remember your payment preferences.
