2. Scope of Services
PrimeVaultX offers senior-level technical services for WordPress, WooCommerce and VPS server environments, including:
- Diagnostic — full inspection of the hosting environment, error identification, performance analysis and a written action plan.
- Standard Fix — resolution of common technical issues including plugin/theme conflicts and minor performance improvements. Includes diagnostic.
- Advanced Fix — resolution of complex issues, advanced performance tuning and database optimisation. Includes diagnostic.
- Emergency Fix — immediate priority handling of critical failures, server-level intervention and recovery. Includes diagnostic.
Each service is described in detail on the Pricing page. The scope of work is limited to what is described for each service tier. Work beyond that scope may be quoted separately.
3. How to Purchase
Services can be purchased directly through the Pricing page by clicking the "Purchase" button for the relevant service tier. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe, Inc. Payment is required in full before work begins. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and will be contacted at the email address provided to Stripe to begin the engagement.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable withholding tax (ritenuta d'acconto) where required by Italian law. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. PrimeVaultX does not store, access, or process any payment card information.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as made available by Stripe at the time of checkout.
5. Receipt and Fiscal Documentation
Following each paid engagement, a ricevuta di prestazione occasionale (occasional services receipt) will be issued in accordance with Italian fiscal regulations. Where the gross amount of the single payment exceeds €25.82, a marca da bollo (revenue stamp of €2.00) will be applied as required by Italian law (D.P.R. 642/1972). The receipt will be sent by email to the address provided during checkout.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Given the nature of technical services, the following policy applies:
- Before work begins: if you request a cancellation before any diagnostic or technical work has started, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
- After work has begun: once the diagnostic or technical work has commenced, the service is considered partially or fully delivered. Refunds will not be issued once work is underway, except at the sole discretion of the service provider in exceptional circumstances.
- If the issue cannot be resolved: in the event that a stated technical problem cannot be addressed within the scope of the purchased service tier, you will be offered an upgrade to a higher tier (at the price difference only) or a full refund.
Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected].
7. Consumer Rights (EU/Italy)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. However, by proceeding with the purchase and explicitly requesting that work begin immediately, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed, in accordance with Art. 59(a) of the Directive. If you wish to retain your right of withdrawal in full, please do not request immediate commencement of work.
8. Service Delivery
After a purchase is confirmed, you will be contacted within the timeframes described below to schedule and commence the work:
- Diagnostic, Standard Fix, Advanced Fix: within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Emergency Fix: within a few hours of payment confirmation, subject to current availability.
To enable the work, you will be asked to provide necessary access credentials (e.g. hosting control panel, WordPress admin, SSH). These credentials are used solely for the duration of the engagement and are not retained afterwards.
9. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the issue and your environment
- Ensure that you have the legal right and authority to grant access to the systems involved
- Have a current backup of your website and database before work begins (or explicitly request and agree to a backup being made as part of the service)
- Cooperate promptly to provide access and any additional information needed
PrimeVaultX accepts no responsibility for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, or from the absence of a backup where the client was advised to create one.
10. Limitation of Liability

- Total liability in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
- PrimeVaultX shall not be liable for pre-existing issues, third-party plugin or theme bugs, hosting provider failures, or issues outside the defined scope of the purchased service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Confidentiality
Any access credentials, configuration details, or business information shared during an engagement will be treated as strictly confidential, used only for the purposes of delivering the service, and not disclosed to any third party. Credentials will not be retained after the engagement is complete.
